Almond Oysters

Ingredients:
2 large cloves garlic, pressed
10 tbsps melted butter
2 jars (10 to 12 oz each)
Eastern or Pacific Oyster, drained and patted dry
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
3 cups fine soft breadcrumbs
1/2 cup sliced almond
3 tbsps butter
pinch of salt

Instructions:
Mix garlic with melted butter. Dip oyster in garlic butter and arrange in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley. Toss breadcrumbs with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle over oyster. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven. Sauté almond in butter until lightly toasted; turn over baked oyster.
