Ingredients:
450 gms bangus
50 gms ground pork
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 pcs chopped onion
2 pcs chopped tomatoes
5 gms green peas
5 gms raisin
50 gms pork net
1 cup flour
2 pcs beaten eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Debone bangus and flake meat. Sauté fish meat with pork, garlic, onion and tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Add green peas and raisin. Put filing inside bangus and wrap stuffed bangus in pork net. Dip in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Serve.
