Buko Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients: 4 na fresh buko 1 lata ng fruit cocktail (850) 2 pack ng nestle cream 1 1/2 lata ng condense milk keso Instructions: 1. Biyakin ang buko. 2. Kuskusin ang buko at ilagay sa malaking lalagyan. 3. Ibuhos ang fruit cocktail sa lalagyan ng buko. 4. Ibuhos din ang gatas at ang cream. 5. Hiwain ang keso ng maliliit na pa kwadrado at ibuhos sa lalagyan ang buko. 6. paghaluhaluin ang mga sahog hagang sa pantay na ang pagkakahalo nito. 7. Ilagay sa refrigerator ng ilang oras hanggang lumamig. 8. Pwede ng kainin pagkatapos palamigin.

BUKO-LYCHEES GELATIN

Ingredients: 4 tbsps unfavored gelatin, dissolved in 1 cup buko juice 5 cups combined buko and lychee juice (from can of lychees) 2/3 cup sugar 1 can lychee 4-5 pcs medium size young buko 2 (170g) cans Nestle Cream, chilled 1/4 cup powdered sugar cherries Topping: 1 (170g) can Nestle Cream 2 tbsps powdered sugar 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin Instructions: Boil dissolved gelatin, buko-lychee juice and sugar. Cool. Drain then slice lychee and scrape buko meat. Set aside. Whip chilled cream adding powdered sugar. Set aside. Add whipped cream to mixture. Mix in sliced lychee and buko meat. Pour in 2 rectangular 6" x 8" gelatin mold. Refrigerate. When about to serve, prepare topping. Whip cream sweetened with powdered sugar and stabilized with gelatin. Pipe on top of molded gelatin. Garnish with cherries.

Pork Adobo Recipe

I just wanted to eat Adobo for tonight, and so I cooked one for our meal. I added my own version of cooking it and you can try cooking this one too, I can guarantee your satisfaction for this recipe. I marinated first the pork meat before cooking. Here are the ingredients: for marinating: 1/2 Pork Meat 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 gloves garlic 3 lemon 1 sachet maggi magic sarap soy sauce additional for cooking: 2 gloves minced garlic 1 small chop onion 2 chopped red bell pepper 2 tsp chop green onions 1 1/2 cup water Mang Tomas all around sarsa Cut the pork into small pieces. Marinate first the pork meat and leave for about 4 hours. Heat the pan and add oil. Put the garlic and onions, add all the marinated pork and add water. Leave until the meat is becoming tender. Put the red bell pepper, green onions, and Mang Tomas all around sarsa. Let it simmer until the sauce becomes lesser and thick. Serve hot and enjoy!
