Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
2 tbsps butter or margarine
2 tbsps flour
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
1 pkg elbow macaroni, cooked, drained

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit. In medium saucepan, melt margarine; stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir milk. Cook while stirring until mixture is slightly thick (mixture should coat spoon). Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cooked macaroni. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly. Served.
