What are you going to do with the leftover lechon? "Lechon Paksiw" is the answer, and here are the recipe on how to cook it.
Ingredients:
leftover Lechon
2 cups water
4 garlic gloves
1 onion
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
black peppercorn
laurel leaves
Mang Tomas all around sarsa
Chop lechon into small serving pieces. Put all the ingredients in a pot and let it boil. Turn the heat low and simmer until the sauce thickens. Enjoy!
