Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
12 egg yolks
1 can condense milk
1 can evaporated milk
dayap rind
Instructions:
Caramelized white sugar. Put 1 teaspoon of caramelized sugar in mold. Set aside. Mix egg yolks, condense milk, evaporated milk and dayap. Pour mixture in pan lined with caramelized sugar. Cover with aluminum foil. Steam 25 minutes or until done. Unload and let cool.
