Ingredients:
300 gms fish fillet
2 tbsps desiccated coconut
1/2 cup bread flour
2 pcs fresh eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups cooking oil
1/4 pc lemon wedge
tartar sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Sprinkle fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Add desiccated coconut for first coating. Sprinkle with flour, scrambled egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Before serving, garnish with lemon wedges and serve with tartar sauce.
